For the past 2 ½ years as
Facilities Manager for Meridian Energy, I have been using ToTal Property Services for the cleaning of their head office, Queens Wharf. They do a superb job, and I can always rely on the building to be well-presented for the numerous visitors each day. I find Yvonne very easy to deal with, she is responsive, proactive, and presents me with solutions rather than problems. With Meridian Energy being a sustainable company, ToTal Property use eco-friendly products and processes to clean the building. They do a monthly cleaning QA and we monitor them with quarterly QAs, always scoring over 90%. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ToTal Property Services Wellington, and Yvonne, they are brilliant.
